The cottage is part of the traditional stone-built farm building.
The inside is simple and homely with a woodburning stove and supply of logs from site. It is furnished mostly with up-cycled vintage or antique pieces in keeping with the buildings.
The kitchen area has been renovated using reclaimed materials and traditional lime plaster and finishes.
There is central heating throughout.
Upstairs there's 1 double and 1 twin bedroom.
The living room has a dining table with an old-fashioned wooden window seat & sitting area with a sofa, sofabed and woodburner. There's a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with a freezer box & gas cooker), bathroom (with shower above bath) and porch.
There is a TV with DVD player and Wi-fi available. No mobile reception in the buildings, only on higher ground.
No washing machine - sorry.
