Pen Pynfarch Cottage Terms and Conditions of Hire
1. Provisional Bookings:
Provisional bookings may be made by e-mail or telephone but will only be confirmed on receipt of deposit.
2. Payment - deposit & balance:
Booking is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of £100. Bookings made within one month of the start date and any short breaks must be paid in full when booking. For longer stays full payment is due one month before the start date. If payment is not received by the due date, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund:
In case of cancellation, deposits are non-returnable although we will attempt to find a replacement letting, and if we can do so, we will refund any monies paid.
4. Cleaning:
Bookings are accepted on the condition that the property is left in the same state of repair and cleanliness as on arrival.
5.Damage:
Any breakages, damage, or specialist professional cleaning required must be paid for by the person booking.
6.Occupation times:
Hire commence 3pm on the first day and terminate at 10.30am on the leaving date unless otherwise agreed.
7. Pets:
Up to to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please bring your own pet bedding and don't allow the dog(s) on beds or furniture. Please do not leave dog unattended in the cottage. Person booking is liable for any damage caused by their dog(s) or extra cleaning required.
8.Smoking:
No smoking is allowed in the cottage or in the studio (if hired).
9.Data Protection:
Information in the Booking form will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party.
