Prices for the holiday cottage are seasonal

HIGH SEASON July & August, Christmas & New Year weeks
MID SEASON From 2 weeks before Easter to the end of June and the month of September, Feb and Oct Half Term weeks
WINTER SEASON October through to 2 weeks before Easter (excepting Christmas & New Year Weeks)

All prices are inclusive of heating + electricity + cooking gas + wood for stove.

Linen & towels:
Bring your own
or have towels ready and beds made with all-cotton bedinen for £2 per person per holiday.

PRICES Per 7 Day week (usually Sat-Sat)

High Season: £390 per week
Mid Season: £340 per week
Winter Season: £230 per week

In periods less busy, individuals & couples (including couples with a child aged 3 and under) 15% DISCOUNT on week long bookings might be possible.

High Season:
Upto 4 people
2 Day W/e: £190
3 Day W/e: £240

Further people £5/person/day supplement

Mid Season:
Upto 4 people
2 Day W/e: £165
3 Day W/e: £210

Further people £5/person/day supplement

Winter Season:
Up to 4 people
2 Day W/e: £135
3 Day W/e: £165

Further people £5/person/day supplement on weekends

Studio Hire

Day hire: £50.00 per day
5 days or more: £40.00 per day
Sessional Hire: £25.00 per session (Morning, Afternoon or Evening)

Studio with Accommodation

The Studio is available for hire with the cottage on a self-catering basis for groups of upto 7 people.

Weeks Hire
High Season: £590.00
Mid Season: £540.00
Winter Season: £460.00

The above is the basic price structure. Weekends or short weeks may also be booked (subject to availability), - please contact us for prices.

Studio & Caravan
We offer the use of the studio, for research or rehearsal, and self-catering accommodation in the the caravan, sleeps 2 people, from May to September, for £60/day. Please enquire.

LATE BOOKINGS
For bookings made at short notice (one week or less before hire date) we are able to offer discounted rates. Please enquire for details.

Group Hire

The site, including the studio, the cottage, dining/common room, further accommodation in shared rooms and some camping spots is available for hire by groups larger than 7 people on a full or half board basis. We can accommodate up to 8 people in the farmhouse (plus caravan and campers). Please enquire for rates.
