Living room (with a Hideaway sofabed), a fully equipped kitchen area, a small double bedroom with a hatch window through to the kitchen (ideal for serving morning cups of tea/coffee!), bathroom with a walk-in shower and a Separett indoor composting toilet.
Central heating.

Wi-fi Broadband access. No television. Mobile reception only on higher ground.

No washing machine, sorry.


You're welcome to bring your family dog (provided they're well behaved). We have a £2/night charge for dogs.

Included in prices are all-cotton linen, towels, heating, gas and electricity.

A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

There is an outdoor firepit and a BBQ available to use.

We have a swing in a tree and sun loungers available.

You can usually buy eggs from smallholdings on the lane (walking distance).

You can walk to the local shops in Pont-tyweli and Llandysul, or it's a 7 min. drive.

We will have a welcome basket of basics (ie. tea, coffee, sugar, milk, oil, salt & pepper) ready for you to get started. 

You can order a Local/Organic produce food box via Watson & Pratts, Lampeter, and have it delivered free to Penpynfarch.

The Wren's Nest can be hired together with Mill Stream Cottage  across the yard.
